- It gave me the chance to re-shop my closet. I've forgotten a lot of things I own for summer, especially since this winter/somewhat-spring seems to be lasting FOREVER out here. I found these capris that were long lost and bonus - also realized they are too big. Thus, awkward side pose (classy, I know).
- It also made me appreciate neutrals. Dressing monochromatic is slimming in any color and I have always passed over the white/cream/sand colors jumping straight into bold/saturated/bright colors. I feel ready for spring in this fresh, clean ensemble and especially ready for the pool to open up at my complex!!

I agree with you, this assignment made me appreciate neutrals too! I am really over the hill and can honestly say, I don't think I have EVER worn all white except to get married. REALLY. Also, I love how you choose gold shoes. I am about halfway through the list and have only found 3 people who did it so far (me included). I love the look!
Would love it, if you would stop by and see how a 45+ year old handles “White Out”—you might get a good chuckle anyway! See you there! http://stillblondeafteralltheseyears.com/2011/05/white-out-change-it-up-outfits-modeled-by-women-over-45/
